Can I see a proof before engraving?
On the majority of our items you will see a live view of the item. On bespoke items we will always send a digital proof design for approval before engraving or printing
What file type do you need for logos?
We accept vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format for the best engraving quality.
For printing a high resolution PNG is suitable.
Can you engrave my own item?
Yes, we offer engraving services on customer-supplied items. We have engraved everything from swords to perfume bottles. Please contact us for details.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 5-7 working days. Rush options are available upon request or available on our website here.
Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for bulk orders. Contact us for a custom quote or to become a stockist.
Can personalised items be returned?
Due to the custom nature of engraved items, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Will my personalisation be engraved exactly as submitted?
We will engrave your personalisation exactly as entered, including spelling, capital letters, dates and punctuation.
Before we begin engraving, we may adjust the layout, spacing or sizing slightly to make sure the design fits the product neatly and looks balanced. However, we do not usually change the wording itself unless we contact you first.
Please double-check all personalisation carefully before placing your order, especially names, dates and messages, as personalised items cannot normally be changed once engraving has started.
I’ve entered my personalisation incorrectly. Can it be changed?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct personalisation details.
If your item has not yet been engraved, we’ll be happy to update the details before production. As each personalised item is made to order, we may not be able to make changes once engraving has started or the item has been completed.
We always recommend checking names, dates, spellings and wording carefully before placing your order.
